2.1. Analysing current practices in academic mobility services, and establishing/enhancing them PERIOD: 3-36 month; DURATION: 30 weeks 2.2. EU PARTNERS: Each should decide on the most suitable week to host the on-site training (University of Novi Sad and University of Niš jointly coordinate the visits with task leaders at EU partners)

Individual institutional reports on current practices at Serbian HEIs and paths of improvement in academic mobility service provision after the trainings provided by EU partners By October 2014 Each Serbian HEI (+SKONUS) that underwent onsite trainings Joint report regarding academic mobility services at Serbian universities based on individual institutional reports December 2014TASK LEADER: University of Novi Sad The task leader (University of Novi Sad) should: Provide a template for INSTITUTIONAL REPORTS (this template should have two sections: BEFORE & AFTER EU TRAININGS) Be in charge of compiling the individual institutional reports into a JOINT REPORT (by month 12 of the Project – 1 December 2014) b) REPORTS (all Serbian HEIs make an analysis of their own current situation and after the visits to EU partners suggest measures of improvement)

The visibility of the opportunities provided by Serbian HEIs, but also of various mobility options, will be increased by modernizing Serbian HEIs websites in terms of technical side, informativeness and attractiveness. EU partners will be consulted about the results. HEIs websites will be regularly updated, with mechanisms provided for by HEI’s management. The websites will make both domestic and foreign prospective students more aware of the educational opportunities offered by Serbian HEIs. Jagiellonian University & Masaryk University will provide evaluation of informativeness of Serbian HEIs’ websites OUTPUT

Task leaders from each Serbian HEI provide SELF-EVALUATION REPORTS Task leaders from two EU partners provide EVALUATION REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS University of Novi Sad & University of Belgrade : - jointly prepare a TEMPLATE with features that need to be analyzed - gather all the self-evaluation reports and make a JOINT REPORT EU partners (UJ & MUNI): - use the self-evaluation joint report and their own evaluations to make a set of recommendations Timing: open to suggestions Risk management: making sure that delays (due to a variety of actors at the university and faculty level) are avoided

Moreover, tailor-made materials, such as guides and booklets (printed and e-form) will be designed for foreign students, which complies with the overall objective to improve international cooperation and attract more foreign students to Serbian HEIs and provide information and support. Fostering support services will be followed by appropriate intensive institutional advertising activities, including promotional material in print and e-form. This will ensure greater transparency and visibility, both at the national, regional and international level, which will contribute to a better access and exchange of information within and among universities, teachers and students.
