CP1 Overarching Policy on Sustainable Development Sets out how development will contribute to the sustainability of the District Introduces a carbon emission reduction target of at least 25% less carbon dioxide emissions than currently required by Building Regulations Part L (2006) with a minimum of 10% being provided by on-site renewable and/or low carbon (i.e. Combined Heat and Power) energy supply systems.
