C.M.M s.n.c. Coparthnership was born in 1974 as a company for mechanical engineering and metal work. In 1986 C.M.M. moved from Coparthnership to Limited Company and change its name into « Nuova C.M.M. « In 1988 the Mechanical Division was developed due to market needs with specialization in manufacturing pieces of large sizes. In the same year the Welding Automation Division was expanded in order to adapt to the different metal works fields : naval, off-shore and automated welding equipments. Nuova C.M.M. with more that 25 years of wide ranging experience in design, fabrication and installation of equipments as the leading subcontractor for a multinational welding company, from 2007 start to build and design all types of Welding Automation under its own name.

TBL WELDING LINES TBL is designed for the massive production of I – T beams, either parallel, tapered or cambered. The NEW models are also enable to weld Box Beams, Star Beams, Sandwitch plates and beams with inclined web.

MANIPULATORS These equipments are suitable for welding either parallel H-Beams with web in horizontal position without need of tack- welding. The new models are also able to weld BOX and Curved Box, using special turnable welding heads

SEAM WELDER LINE This line is designed to weld together plates with various dimension,for obtaining plates with dimension not available in the market.

STRAIGHTENING MACHINE This machine is suitable to straighten flanges up to 40 mm.

ROUNDING & GRINDING MACHINE The rounding and grinding machine is designed for round off the four sharp edges of the plates and clean both sides of the plates.
