Due 19 May WBD completed its investigation in May 2008 of the temporal deviations between WBD and PEACE determinations of density in the low density magnetotail. Based on this investigation, some WBD data intervals were discarded due to the uncertainty of the cut-off frequency. The Cluster NASA Senior Review proposal was submitted to NASA on 21 Feb and presented to the Senior Review Board on 8 Apr The proposal contained a request for augmentation funding for Iowa to create WBD digital data files in cdf format for archival at the Cluster US Data Center (CDAWeb) with transfer by either Iowa or CDAWeb to the CAA for conversion to cef. Based on the Senior Review Board’s recommendations, NASA decided to fund Iowa’s archival effort. Iowa submitted a proposal to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center on 12 June 2008 and began designing the WBD cdf files in advance of the receipt of the funding, which is expected to be effective as of 1 October Recommendations from 3 rd Operations Review – S4
