What does an ideal hire look like? Quality of Hire Matching the right person, to the right role & the right Organization consistently  Capability & Commitment : What motivates the candidate to work & stay? Do they have potential for growth and the ability and willingness to take on more responsibility? CAN DO WILL DO WILL FIT  Culture, Character & Compatibility: Does the candidate have values that align with yours? Do they get along with colleagues, and more importantly, can he or she get along with existing and potential clients and partners? Do they have a positive attitude?  Competency: Does the candidate have the necessary skills, experiences and academic background to successfully fulfill all the requirements listed in the job description?

Why should you?…Interviews are simply not enough The Role of Background Screening Background checks improve the quality of hires Eliminates CV Fraud: False or inflated information provided by the candidate.
