Internship Seeking internship in Planning/Urban Planning Evaluate tools and processes to build internal capacity and interdepartmental teamwork Develop tools and methodology and strengthen interdepartmental team to perform predictive analytics and modeling on transit and redevelopment

Hypothetical Situations Use hypothetical/demonstration situations with real- life connections Hypothetical situations but real enough to have tangible applications for future projects Catalyst for strengthening interdepartmental team project and evaluation of tools and approaches

Bus Rapid Transit Based on Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) line from Downtown to UND to 42 nd St and concurrent development Transit Oriented Development – redevelopment of areas along the hypothetical transit line Evaluation of tools and practical application of data mining for public use
