For example: Have you ever gone somewhere new in town? Without using your GPS you use directions your friend gives you to a meeting spot. You see places you have driven by before. Little did you know you learned some details without intending to do so.

Learned Helplessness General learning strategies can affect a person’s relationship to the environment If you experience that your actions have no effect  Learned Helplessness or laziness Basically – if you believe its uncontrollable you wont try.
