1 Forms, envelopes & transfer cases o How to complete o Where to return them

 Forms that need to be completed are in the pockets of the blue book which is located in the blue box  One of every form is returned in the canvas bag except the HAVA complaint form  Each election judge bag has the forms related to their task which should be used during the day if needed  At ‘close of polls’, ask each election judge if any of their forms were completed that need to be returned in the canvas bag o If they have none for their particular task; then o Remove one form from the blue book; and o Write “NONE” on that form and return it in the canvas bag 2

12 Woodbury P7 Nov 4, :45 am Voter was campaigning and would not remove signs he became upset and started yelling pg / dj 7:50 am Contacted Washington County who spoke with the voter. He then left without further problems pg / dj 8:01 pm Voter came screeching into the parking lot and insisted he be allowed to vote pg / dj 8:05 pm Informed the voter the polls were closed and he would not be able to vote.
