Slide 12 Non-GAAP Financial Information The Securities and Exchange Commission’s Regulation G applies to any public disclosure or release of material information that includes a non-GAAP financial measure. In the event of such a disclosure or release, Regulation G requires: (i) the presentation of the most directly comparable financial measure calculated and presented in accordance with GAAP and (ii) a reconciliation of the differences between the non-GAAP financial measure presented and the most directly comparable financial measure calculated and presented in accordance with GAAP. The required presentations and reconciliations are contained herein and can be found in the Investor Center section of our website at: During earnings conference calls and investor presentations, management discloses the Company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, or “EBITDA” for the quarter. Management presents EBITDA as a supplemental measure of the Company’s performance and debt-service capacity that may be useful to securities analysts, investors and others. EBITDA is not, however, a measure of financial performance under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”), and should not be considered as an alternative to net income, operating income or cash flow as determined in accordance with GAAP. Moreover, EBITDA is not calculated identically by all companies. A reconciliation of EBITDA to net income as determined in accordance with GAAP is presented on the following slide.
