Ender is at home when Colonel Graff comes to tell his family that he passed their tests and is accepted for a chance at battle school. Here’s Colonel Graff

Hagrid comes and well, breaks down the door. But he tells Harry the truth. He is a wizard and can go to Hogwarts! But Harry is in disbelief, he says that he is no wizard, just Harry.

When Ender goes to Battle School he is instantly picked on and singled out because of Graff. Ender cries and feels horrible, he wants to go home.

Well Harry’s first mentor is Hagrid, who explains everything to him and the basics of the wizarding world. But as school goes on Harry and Dumbledore develop a connection. And soon enough Dumbledore is Harry’s mentor. I’m awesome!

Ender really never had much of a mentor in battle school. But Graff was always there behind the scenes trying to help Ender while helping the world. And also Mazer Rackham.

Harry crosses the threshold when he goes through platform 9 ¾‘s and boards the Hogwarts Express.

I’d say Ender crossed the threshold when he first went into the battle room. It was there that he realized how good he was. And when he made the bridge between the two groups of kids.

Within the first week of Harry arriving at Hogwarts he already finds plenty of enemies to hate. Draco, Snape, and of course Voldemort. But also friends. The Weasleys, Hermione, Hagrid, and Dumbledore. And he is faced with tests all the time! Voldemort trying to kill him, his O.W.L.’s, Snape’s exams, and other things like the whomping willow.

Ender soon learns that he has many enemies in battle school. Actually almost everyone! Bonzo, the teachers, and he’s unsure about the buggers. He has a few allies, Petra and Dink Meeker chiefly among them. And Everyday he is faced with a new test. Especially when he is commanding Phoenix Army. He has to deal with a battle everyday, two a day, and two armies at once. And yet he still won every time.

Harry gets ready for his eventually fight against Voldemort by creating the DA and practicing over and over again so they can all be ready when the time comes.

Ender prepares for his position as commander by training at battle school and learning how to think and act like a commander. And how to get your troops to obey orders without question.

I’d say the ordeal for Harry was at the battle of Hogwarts. When Harry had to take his walk through the forest to Lord Voldemort to let himself be killed since he was the last horcrux.

The ordeal for Ender I think would have to be facing Bonzo once and for all, to stop it all.

The reward for Harry after letting himself be killed is that voldemort’s soul is no longer within him. He is Harry, and also that Voldemort could now be killed and finished.

After Ender killed Bonzo he was no longer harassed or bullied. But also he finally got to leave battle school and all the pain it had brought.

Harry has his final duel with Voldemort. And Voldemort made the mistake of trying to kill Harry with his own wand which it could never do and rebounded back upon Voldemort, killing him.

Ender flies into the last bugger fight. He does the only he can to win, blows up the planet destroying everything.

Now that Voldemort is dead the news must be spread and the process of rebuilding all that was destroyed must start. He Dead! Ya!

Ender learns that he killed all the buggers and goes into a state for a long time. Always sleeping. The people on Earth learn of the news and begin moving out to the space stations and going to the new planets.

Harry goes back and takes with him the fact of a peaceful world now in front of them. Free of evil. And starts a family of his own.

Ender decides to leave Earth and go to the new planet with Valentine. There he finds how the buggers tried to communicate with him and found the egg of the buggers. He continues go rebuild their civilization elsewhere.
