Adding a new slide Option 1 1.Home Tab 2.Slides Group 3.Click on New Slide Icon Option 2 CTRL M = New Slide Option 3 Right Click on left mini slide, choose and click New Slide option Option 4 Click on mini slide on left and Press enter, a new slide will appear

Options to deleting a slide 1.Right click, Delete (make sure to select the one you want to delete) 2.Click on slide and backspace 3.Click on mini slide to the left and press delete

Hide When you want to use for later and not delete the slide, for the following reasons: 1.Presentation too long 2.Not required information 3.Not important for that time Right Click on left mini slide, choose hide and click on it again to unhide

Duplicate When you want to save time after editing a slide and you want to keep consistency of the format and structure of your slide Right Click on left mini slide, choose Duplicate

 On the left pane, right click with the mouse on the mini slide,a drop down menu with options will show up. Select Layout to choose the Layout you want.  You can also get the Layout Option from the Slides Group on the Home Tab. Slide Layout

Layout How the slide is organized In other words how you want your pictures, text, and whatever is on your slide displayed Right click on mini slide to select Layout or go to Slides Group on Home Tab to Select Layout options Types of Layout: 1.Title Slide 2.Title & Content 3.Two Content 4.Comparison 5.Picture with Caption 6.Content with Caption 7.Blank 8. Title only 9.Section Header

Transitions 1.Allow you to move from slide to slide smoothly 2.You should pick your type of transition according to your theme presentation 3.Apply to all slides the same transition to keep consistency

Format Background Right click on mini slide on the left to select and click on Format Background Choose any of the following options: Solid Fill Gradient fill Texture/picture
