1)Fill in your information (required) 2) Check this box (required) 3) Click Proceed button (required) This information should already be populated in the fields. If not, enter codes shown in blue above. The following blocks will be populated (green box below). But if not, enter this information into the blocks: Conference/Meeting Number: Conference/MeetingPasscode: Enter your name, address and company (agency) in the red box. Fill in appropriate information below and check the box at the bottom (#2). Click the Proceed button when finished.

If you get this pop-up message, click “Run a temporary application.” The program will take a moment to install and open on your computer. After this step, you should be on LiveMeeting and should see the moderator’s desktop. It may take a minute or two for the program to fully load on your computer. Click this link only. Do not select either of these two options.

If you get this red message, you have logged on before the moderator. You will need to log out of WebEx and wait until the moderator has joined the meeting before logging back on.

When the moderator’s screen appears on your monitor, you can expand the screen by clicking the arrow symbol below.

To log off the webinar go to File and select Leave Meeting.
