 Body One Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation o Rehabilitation for athletic, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal injuries o Five clinic locations o Westfield, North Meridian, South Emerson, and Fishers o Zionsville o Kaitlynn Austin, PT, DPT o Todd Rech, PT, MPT o Brian Pease, PT, DHS, OCS o Ryan Summit, PT, DPT, CSCS

 Free Injury Screens o Evaluation of current injury or chronic pain that is affecting participation or performance o Quick, appropriate recommendations for further physical therapy treatment or possible referral to our network of preferred sports medicine physicians if necessary o Available at all five Body One clinic locations

 Performance Ability Testing o Proactive injury risk assessment tool which identifies movement problems and injury risk before an injury occurs o Allows athletes to develop a highly specialized training program unique to their deficits, keeping them injury-free and maximizing their athletic abilities

 Performance Ability Testing Goals of the Program 1.Identify kids who have pain and are therefore at significant risk for injury  Follow-up will be recommended at one of our Body One Physical Therapy facilities for further evaluation 2.Identify kids who are at risk for injury  Corrective Exercises: exercises that address the individual’s most important deficits  Further, more in depth assessment may be advised 3.Identify movement dysfunction or asymmetry to fine tune movement patterns and improve performance  Corrective Exercises
