Although Synergy started its operations in Bangalore, today it spans almost all the cities in India and has offices in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Dubai (UAE). What started in early 2003 as a small group of 8 people, has grown up in leaps and bound; today Synergy boasts a strong team of nearly 800 people, with its resource pool including competent and experiences architects, engineers and project management personnel. The Company recruits its resources through a meticulous selection process and develops their team through continuous on- the-job training and mentoring. Synergy has inculcated a discipline where systems and internal procedures are followed consistently across all projects and have introduced patented software programmes for project monitoring, which is probably one of the first in the country. The organisation provides design, design management, project control and building services together with a full strength construction team. A very capable and strong quality & safety team carries out internal audits and contributes towards achieving a superior product.
