Unlike HTML content blocks, smartforms contain fields and options that are filled out by the content author. 1.1 Alert Creates a global alert at the top of each page and links to an Alert detail page. Heading: Alert text Body Text: Alert description for the detail page 1.2 Banner/Feature Used to create a feature on the Homepage or a static banner on interior pages. Title: Main title that displays on the banner Image: Banner image Link (Homepage Specific): Button link and text Callout (Homepage Specific): Blurb content to display on the Homepage feature Quote (Homepage Specific) Quote Author (Homepage Specific) 1.3 Blog Post Creates a blog posting detail page. Regular o Title: Heading of the module box o Video Source (opt.): Link to a video URL o Video Thumbnail (opt.): Thumbnail image for videos o Link: Allows you to add a list of links to the box o Text: Module content Events List/News List o Title: Event listing title o Page Size: Determines how many events to display o Back Days: Determines how many days of older events to display o Homepage Style: Used for homepage modules only o View All Link: Button link and text to listing page o Calendar ID/Taxonomy ID: ID of where the items are Slideshow o Title: Slide title o Sub Title: Slide sub title o Link: Links the sub title text o Image: Slide image Featured o Title: Featured article title o Date: Featured article date o Link: Link to the featured article o Image: Featured image o Text: Summary of the featured article Spotlight: Allows you to select an Alumni Profile to spotlight 1.10 News Creates a news article page. Heading Sub Heading Date Image: Main image that displays at the top of the news page (leave blank if you plan on using photo captions) Thumbnail: Thumbnail image used for the News listing page External Link: If entered, will link the title of the news article to an external site from the News listing page Video Link: Button link and text that displays on the page Teaser: Summary text used on the News listing page Body Text: Article content. Any images that will use photo captions should be added here 1.11 Photo Gallery Used to display a gallery of images that open in a modal window when clicked. Text Above: Text that displays above the gallery Text Below: Text that displays below the gallery Columns: Determines how many columns to display the photos in Thumbnail: Thumbnail image for each picture Large: Main image that displays in a modal box Caption: Caption text that displays in a modal box

Type: Allows you to choose from Alumni or Student First Name Middle Initial Last Name Image Program Year Teaser: Used on pages with an Alumni/Student Spotlight module Body Text 1.13 Property Profile Creates a property profile page. Property Name Street Address Building Floor Plans: Allows you to select previously uploaded documents Heading: Allows you to select from two commonly used list headers or create your own List Text List Link Unit: Used in the Community Overview table Type: Used in the Community Overview table Floor: Used in the Community Overview table Sq. Ft: Used in the Community Overview table Floor Plan/Floor Plan Link: Allows you to insert a link to the floor plan Rent: Used in the Community Overview table Name: Name(s) of the Community Coordinator Position: The Community Coordinator’s position The Community Coordinator’s address Description: Community Coordinator’s summary Image: Community Coordinator’s image

Callout o Heading: Callout heading o Link: Displays as a button o Text: Summary text List o Heading: List heading o Style: Allows you to choose either Default or Homepage o Text Above/Below: Content that will display above or below the list o Title: List item title o Title Link: List item link o Image: List item image o Description: List item description text Image: Allows you to display an image with linked overlay text Button: Allows you to enter a link and button text 1.15 Section Allows you to display different types of content in customized columns or rows. HTML Above/HTML Below: Content that will display above or below the sections Title: Title of each section Link: Link that displays as a brown button aligned to the right CSS Class: Allows you to enter a class for that specific section Size: Determines the unit’s size. By default, each unit will take up 100% of the width. If additional units are added, it will divide each unit in half. The unit size will allow you to customize each unit’s width Unit Padding: Adds padding between each unit Content Item: Allows you to enter rich text content or select a content block

WebSolutions Technology, Inc. 8 EKTRON QUICK START GUIDE 2.0 CUSTOM METADATA The Metadata tab is used to determine how the page will be displayed or enter data for SEO purposes. Page Layout Allows you to select a custom page layout. If nothing is selected, it will use the Default page layout. Folder Listing Allows you to display a list of content from a specified folder. This is most commonly used on the News and Blog listing pages. Banner or Feature Allows you to select which banner to use on the page. If nothing is selected, it will display a tan- colored background area and the content title as the banner title. Section Menu Allows you to use a custom left navigation. Related Content Left/Right Determines which content is displayed in the right or left columns. Multiple items can be selected. Secondary Content 1 and 2 Allows you to select content to display above the footer with a light tan background. Secondary Content 1 is displayed first and Secondary Content 2 is displayed in the row below it. Allow Comments When checked, adds the comment box to the bottom of the page. Display Prospect Bar When checked, displays the prospect bar (3 links) at the bottom of the page.
