Each child is a “STAR” here at Van Hoosen, and this is our way of saying “good luck” as they embark on their next big adventure in life …High school! Deadline to purchase tickets and send your pictures is March 27th. Please provide us with either a 3x5 or a 4x6 photo of your child. It needs to be an individual photo, of only your child. Photo should be a copy, they will be returned as a mounted keepsake. Label the back side of the photo with your student’s first and last name. Please make sure the photo is in a sealed envelope, to the attention of 8 th Grade Party. Have your student place the envelope in the box marked “Baby Photos” in the front office. A photographer will be taking pictures throughout the evening, and the pictures will be available for viewing on the Van Hoosen website. If you do not want your child's picture included, please by June 1 st.

Students will receive their actual ticket when they register at the door, the day of the party. I understand that the games and athletic devices that will be available may pose certain risks To the participant. I hereby assume such risks for the aforementioned student and waive and hold Rochester Community Schools, the 8 th Grade Party Committee and volunteers, and the Company and it’s employees and operators of such said games and devices harmless from liability relating to the use of said games and devices. I also understand that my child must remain at the party until the doors re-open at 8:30.
