The request includes: the distribution kit of the application; the installation documentation; the license information. Checking correctness and integrity of request. After checking the request will be sent to process queue. Repackaging of the application according to requirements and performing primary quality check. Testing quality of repackaged software by quality assurance team (QA). The ready package is held in sending queue while sending to the customer. The customer will receive the notice after completion of sending. Testing the package on customer’s side. Customer checks the following: correspondence to requirements; a correctness of customizations; working capacity in the environment of the customer. After confirmation of successful processing, the information about package is transferred to archive. After testing on the customer’s side, the package either comes back to fix the problems found or the customer sends confirmation of successful testing.
