Performance You Demand. Reliability You Trust. Why Focus on What End Users Think? Research reveals that when customers know and understand the Quincy brand….they buy it. Research reveals that when customers know and understand the Quincy brand….they buy it. Quincy Promoters recommend us to their friends!

Performance You Demand. Reliability You Trust. Measuring Loyalty Asking the Ultimate Question  What is the Ultimate Question:  How likely is it that you would recommend company X to a friend or a colleague? Objective: Increase promoters and reduce detractors! Industrial Goods & Services Aggreko Alcoa De La Rue Franklin Covey GE Honeywell Polaris Industries Retail & Transportation Apple Chick-fil-a Enterprise Rent-a-car Hertz Home Depot Southwest Airlines JetBlue

Performance You Demand. Reliability You Trust. What’s NPS? Customers are ranked into 3 categories based on their responses…  Promoters - Loyal enthusiasts who keep buying from a company and urge their friends to do the same. (Scores of 9-10)  Passives - Satisfied but unenthusiastic customers who can be easily wooed by the competition. (Scores of 7-8)  Detractors - Unhappy customers trapped in a bad relationship. Detractors add to the cost of doing business financially and mentally. Detractors are also an opportunity. (Scores of 0-6)

Performance You Demand. Reliability You Trust. Measuring Loyalty How do we calculate the Net Promoter Score? % Promoters (9-10) – % Detractors (0-6)  = Net Promoter Score % What is Quincy Compressor’s Net Promoter Score? What is Quincy Compressor’s Net Promoter Score?

Performance You Demand. Reliability You Trust. For Comparison  Best in Class Net Promoter Scores  The scores, compiled by Satmetrix, based on polling 19,500 U.S. consumers about which brands they would recommend to a friend.  In 2006, Aggreko, a, a generator rental firm based in the UK, rated an NPS of 50. It increased in 2007 to 54 and then again in 2008 to 58. To put this in perspective, the average NPS in the USA recorded by Fred Reichheld in his book; “The Ultimate Question”, was just 10. Performance You Demand. Reliability You Trust. Collect, Communicate and Improve Loyalty  Quincy collects surveys monthly  Comments are distributed internally to share the promoters’ and detractors’ feelings  A detractors’ report is presented at the monthly Product Quality Meeting with management to identify significant issues and recommend changes when necessary  What is the most profitable way?  Measure and repeat what works  Immediately change what doesn’t SHARE TESTIMONIAL VIDEOS
