Verdant EMS Advanced Comfort Control and Energy Management for the Hospitality Industry

our history  Manufacturing technology for over 30 yrs  OEM products for LG, Carrier, Fujitsu, GE, etc.  Awarded over 60 US & Int’l tech patents  Verdant brand launched in 2008  Now over 350 hotels using Verdant EMS  Endorsed by Hilton, IHG, Best Western, etc.

what do we do?  Verdant EMS reduces heating and air-conditioning energy consumption in hotels by more than 40%;  Verdant EMS uses real time occupancy detection to eliminate unnecessary guestroom heating and air-conditioning; Energy Saving Reports based on actual data from properties with Verdant EMS. Verdant Energy Saving Report methodology has been audited and confirmed through independent audits.

VX Series model Built-in Occupancy Sensor Battery Powered Out-of-the-box Compatibility Integrated Wireless Networking Large LCD Screen with Automatic Backlight Precise Temperature Control in °F or °C

energy savings 100% Reliable Occupancy Detection Occupancy sensor uses a combination of motion and thermal sensing to accurately detect occupancy. Setback Delay Thermostat will wait before entering setback to ensure the room is unoccupied. Temperature Setback Thermostat adjusts temperature when room is unoccupied in order to save energy. Setback Limits Configurable setback limits allow configuring maximum and minimum temperature when room is unoccupied.

special features Dynamic Intelligent Recovery Thermostat optimizes temperatures and maximize energy savings without compromising guest comfort. Night Occupancy Mode Disables saving features while guest are sleeping – thermostat will not turn off heating or air conditioning in the middle of the night. Advanced Occupancy Analysis Ignores “incidental” occupancies and ensures guest comfort when “guest” occupancy is detected.

Wired Installation Suitable for properties which currently have thermostats in place, and where thermostat wiring already exists. Wireless Installation Ideal for properties which do not have thermostats in place, and where thermostat wiring does not exists. Wireless thermostat kit includes a wireless control card that connects directly to the HVAC unit and communicates wirelessly to our battery operated thermostat. connectivity OR

multi-room units Wireless Remote Sensors achieve the highest level of occupancy detection by simply mounting up to eight (8) wireless remote sensors within a multi-room suite

wireless network Thermostats adjust the temperature to save energy Online Connection Kit connects thermostats to to the internet Web-based Remote Management Application Thermostats can be monitored and configured from any computer connected to the internet

wireless network Integrated Wireless Networking Wireless networking allows thermostats to connect to the web-based remote management application. Autonomous and Interference Free Robust, 64-channel frequency-hopping wireless network does not use or interfere with existing wireless infrastructure such as the WI-FI networks. True mesh-networking No additional equipment such as collection boxes or signal repeaters required, each device acts as a network node.

remote management Location-free Access Remote management can be accessed from any computer connected to the internet. Comprehensive Remote Management Web-based remote management application allows around-the-clock remote monitoring and configuration. Notifications Messaging Built-in diagnostic tools allow sending notifications when issues are detected.
