ABSTRACT  The aim of this socially relevant project is to manage the donation and storing of blood in Blood Bank Users can register as a Donor.  His details will be stored in the back-end database. User can also request for specific blood group.  There will be extra functionality like ‘Donors Comments’,  The intense clerical activity in the Blood Bank has prompted the use of computers to alleviate this problem.  ‘Blood Donation Tips, A computerized Blood Bank Management system is described. Features include product oriented data input, inventory control reports, product utilization reports, rapid retrieval of individual patient reports

 Relative benefits of the system are discussed. No other area of the clinical laboratory has more paper work associated with its individual services than does the Blood Bank.  The Computer System maintains The Pathology Department and Blood Bank has access to a computer used for professional billing and accounts receivable  A subset of this is a charge input system for Pathology professional charges which necessitates the accumulation and maintenance of an up-to-date patient population file.  Provides the stock of blood for various groups in the various blood banks gives the details of blood donation camps

MASTER DONOR MASTER  The Donor Master has contains the main fields are Donor No, Donor Name, Seg. No, Weight, Donating Date, Blood Group, Temperature, BP, Pulse, Age and Donor Details like City, Phone Number, Street and Address.  It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close. These operations are to be affected to the database. CAMP MASTER  The Camp Master has contains the main fields are Camp Code, Camp Date, Place of Camp, Organizer of Camp and No. of Donors.  It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.  These operations are to be affected to the database and it will be displayed through the data set.

BILL HEAD MASTER  The Bill Head Master has contains the main fields are Bill Code, Bill Head and Bill Type.  It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.  These operations are to be affected to the database and it will be displayed through the data set. EMPLOYEE MASTER  The Employee Master has contains the main fields are Employee No, Employee Name, Employee Address, Employee Phone, Sex and Joining State.  It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.  These operations are to be affected to the database and it will be displayed through the data set. DONOR REGISTER  The Donor Register has contains the main fields are Donor Name, Blood Bag No, Bleeding Date, Type of Donor, Replacement, Pulse, Medical Officer, Medical Examination, Remarks on Donation.  It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.  These operations are to be affected to the database and it will be displayed through the data set.  The Blood Stock Register has contains the main fields are Blood Bag No, Bleeding Date, Expiry Date, Quantity, STS, Atypical Antibodies, Technician Name, Medical Officer, Remarks, MP, HIP and HCV.  It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.  These operations are to be affected to the database and it will be displayed through the data set BLOOD STOCK REGISTER

SERVICE CHARGE BILL  The Service Charge Bill has contains the main fields are Bill Details and Amount Details like Receipt Number, Patient Name, Doctor Name, Hospital Name, Incidental Charge, Donor Number, Blood Bag No, Expiry Date, Blood Group, Amount refunded, Date of Refunded and Medical Officer.  It will perform the operations like save, update, delete, clear and close.   These operations are to be affected to the database and it will be displayed the data set. REPORTS  In this module is used to view the output and it will display the information report wise using data grid and crystal reports.  So we can easily retrieve the information using the database.  The user can easily understand the output of our project.
