Incidents – Diamond Report Step 1: Open your internet browser Step 2: Navigate to Step 3: Click Analysis Tools tab Step 4: Click Diamond icon Step 5: Choose your criteria from the list; PROJECT: Click & choose the project name DATE RANGE: Enter the Incident Date Range KIER COMPANY: Choose the Kier Company Step 6: Click “Submit” icon 12 Re-Access or review any existing Incident reports
You will be presented with details of a series of Incidents that match the criteria you selected; Anywhere you see an underlined hyperlink, you can click on it to jump to that record in the database. Incidents - Index 14 The index (menu) on a Dashboard allows you to navigate to other pages on the Dashboard Report by clicking on the Radio Buttons. In this instance we can navigate to 2 further Pages which give details of “Legacy” data... Page 2: Legacy RIDDOR Reportable Page 3: Legacy Accident Book Entries You can generate a print of your Dashboard by clicking the “Produce PDF” Printer icon You MUST have Adobe Reader installed to convert to PDF
