Pyro NexGen The State of the Art Recycle Plant Helping Our Future Generations with Greener Technologies

Law of Conservation of Energy It states that the total amount of energy in an isolated system remains constant over time (is said to be conserved over time). A consequence of this law is that energy can neither be created or destroyed: it can only be transformed from one state to another. The only thing that can happen to energy in a closed system is that it can change form: for instance chemical energy can become kinetic energy. As stated by Sir Isaac Newton

Law of Conservation of Energy The real meaning of this is God created energy and we human able to transform from one state to another. Another meaning for us is, it could be recycle!!

Waste to Energy Waste-to-energy (WtE) or energy-from-waste (EfW) is the process of creating energy from the waste source. Normally is the process of creating energy in the form of electricity or heat from the incineration of waste source. WtE is a form of energy recovery. Most WtE processes produce electricity directly through combustion, or produce a combustible fuel commodity, such as methane, methanol, ethanol or synthetic fuels

NexGen Waste to Energy NexGen energy recovery is totally different than the regular WtE. NexGen energy recovery produces various types of useful byproducts with ‘GREEN’ processes. Relatively very low energy consumption Environmentally friendly / No pollutions Fuels & useful products

Wastes & Byproducts

Waste tyres & Byproducts

Byproducts Percentage (tyres) Byproducts retrieve from NexGen plant Percentage (%) Diesel30% Petrol/Gasoline5% Carbon black40% Steel wire10% Natural gas5% Heavy oil

Benefits of NexGen’s byproducts All byproducts of NexGen are usable either direct applications such as petrol and diesel or as raw materials for other applications in many industries & agriculture. Human benefit for reducing wastes tyres and cleaner environment. Human benefit from waste into usable fuel for vehicles. Fertilizer for agriculture Raw materials for various industries. Some applications of the byproducts would be described later in this presentation.

Green diesel & petrol NexGen produces high quality diesel and petrol which could be used directly to vehicles We have obtained laboratory tests as well as we have tested on new vehicles on the road. All tests are with excellent results

Lab Tests for Petrol

Lab Tests for Diesel

Applications of Carbon black The carbon black could be re process again to obtain the same carbon black that is used in tyre industry for pigment and reinforcement of rubber. As an additive in asphalt or bitumen to improve the asphalt properties of durability, wear resistance, and temperature- viscosity susceptibility. For producing activated carbon with vast applications such as below:- Gas purification, gold purification, metal extraction, water purification, medicine, sewage treatment, air filters in gas masks and respirators, filters in compressed air and many other applications.

Applications of Heavy Oil Burner for heating Production of asphalt Lubricants and grease Many more applications

Applications of Steel Wire As steel scrap for steel factory Some higher grade steel from tyres could be recycled easier

NexGen Technology & Applications Green Reverse Technology Mechanical Close Loop Quiet System Computer Controlled Pollution Free

NexGen Green Reverse Technology The purpose is to increase efficiency & to eliminate pollution at maximum Similar to the electronic feedback system in electronics engineering. The reverse process send back pollution and the energy so that after a certain working period the system works without external supplies of energy.

Advantages of Green Reverse Technology Energy efficient – Heating is needed to start the pyrolysis process where it could be either by elecricity, gas or anytype of heating methods. System needs external heating only first 40 min, once the pyrolysis process already started the system could supply itself gas for heating. Very small energy is needed since most of the gases and fuels obtained from the output are being feed backed to the input where the machine is self sustainable process. Pollution elimination – the system capable to reuse the whole pollutions by filtration, absorbing and reburning the pollutions at maximum.

NexGen Mechanical Close Loop System We introduce the ¨Mechanical Close Loop System¨, where the plant works with less movable parts, less mechanical failure as well as lower wear and tear. Almost all NexGen processes are in close loop system with lower maintenance of mechanical parts. In addition the machine has longer lifetime, approximately 16 years with some smaller parts maintenance compared to regular plant.

Quiet System NexGen operations are quiet with less movable mechanical parts. We assure that NexGen could obtain noise limit permission easily from any countries worldwide. Definition: Noise pollution is a type of energy pollution in which distracting, irritating, or damaging sounds are freely audible. As with other forms of energy pollution (such as heat and light pollution), noise pollution contaminants are not physical particles, but rather waves that interfere with naturally-occurring waves of a similar type in the same environment.

Computer Controlled System NexGen system utilized fully automatic processes and computer controlled system so that the process run smoothly under full observation. Users could monitor the process through computer terminal and make decisions. The plant management guarantee higher security for the system as well as for employees.

Pollution Free The NexGen system produces no smoke, no smell, no second regeneration pollution as well as no other third regeneration wastes discharge. The system has the function of automatic separation and filtration. For example when the system is being feed with raw materials such as waste plastic, rubber, foam, chemical fiber clothes, tyre and all kinds of waste oil, etc; without cleaning and sorting, the system could produce out standard gasoline, diesel oil, natural gas and carbon black. The natural gas returning to reactor for heating could as well be collected for other usages.
