RJOS Technology Our High Efficiency Oil/Water Separation Technology: Does not require heat or chemicals Does not rely on density of the oil to remove oil out of liquid and slurry streams Is fully automated and self adjusting to receive varying oil/water flows and oil surges. The RJOS patented Phase Separation Device utilizes entrained and dissolved gas to effectively separate oil and oil wet solids from process water.

RJOS Technology The RJOS Technology: Recovers all free oil in a de-oiling application. Recovers emulsified oil in a treating application. Will reduce oil content in water to 25 to 50 ppm. Oil froth dryness varies depending on the amount of oil in the process feed. Oil froth can be sent to the existing treater or processed by mechanical means to produce sales oil with BS&W of less than 0.5 percent.
