1 By: Adrianna R. 3/10/14 To Burn or Not to Burn?

I believe that wildfire should be put out because of the damage they cause to homes and places around them. 2

 Wildfires force people to evacuate their homes because they endanger them.  Wildfires destroy peoples homes.  People who live in areas where wildfires occur are always on edge and focused on what they’ll do in case of a wildfire. 3

 The smoke from wildfires reach hundreds of miles away causing people health issues.  People can die in the line of duty attempting to put out the wildfires.  People can have breathing issues and if the inhale smoke they can become very sick or even die. 4

 Animals are forced to move from the burnt or burning areas.  Some populations of animals decrease due to not finding food.  The trees and grass burn leaving no food or homes for some of the animals. 5
