Baltimore County Department of Health o Mission: promote health and prevent disease through education, advocacy, linkage to resources, and treatment heart to home to improve the quality of life for Baltimore County residents. o Comprised of 5 bureaus and delivers 10 essential public health services through over 50 programs.
