Binational Teacher Exchange InET Consortium Incentive Grant  Participants work in small groups (4-6) to begin the planning process for the BTE  There should be at least four groups total  Each group should select a recorder/reporter  The purpose of this activity is to brainstorm ideas related to the four components of a successful teacher exchange 1.Plan 2.Staff Development 3.Parent and Community Outreach 4.Evaluation Module 3 Planning Activity Instructions for the Facilitator 1

Binational Teacher Exchange InET Consortium Incentive Grant  Each group has 10 minutes to complete the first component assigned with each group starting on a different component  After 10 minutes the recorder/reporter reports out to the whole group  That component is then passed onto another group and the group has 7 minutes to add, expand, etc.  This procedure continues until each component has had four groups’ input Module 3 Planning Activity Instructions for the Facilitator (cont.) 2
