Steering group -meeting in

The 1st meeting of the steering group will be held in the premises of the project coordinator in Tampere. During the meeting the project coordinator presents the current state of the project as well as goes through the coming events / milestones. The minutes of the meeting will be delivered to other consortium members and placed to the WordPress –platform.

Members In the steering group there will be representatives from each partner universities. Two other members will be asked to participate in the steering group: one from outside the field of education, but familiar with projects and mental health issues and the other from a service user/family organisation.

Tasks -evaluate the quality reports delivered to them at the end of each WP (reports are described in each work packages). Project coordinator sends a detailed description of the project achievements and challenges biannually between the meetings to the group. (March-September) The group will give feedback and suggestions to the consortium and the coordinator is responsible of taking these to the discussion and make corrections / changes needed.

Steering group… should audit and supervise the whole project is a consulting organ of the issues concerning mental health nursing, e-learning and higher education. should be informed about the progress and deliver information about the project further (important role in dissemination and exploitation activities)
