Partners for International Business Purpose Access / create the long-term positioning of groups of Dutch companies in promising markets using the unique role the government. For whom? International experienced SMEs and research institutions Min. 3 companies Form -Working together under public-private approach -Action plan for 2 or 3 years, tailor-made -Covenant/ agreement, no subsidy -Budget: Around euro, 50/50 division -Focus on top sectors (9) and priority countries (62) -Demand-driven, companies submit proposal

PIB: Criteria 1. Strength of the cluster Capability co-ordinator, excellent companies with some international experience, commitment, willing to contribute 2. Economic growth of the Netherlands Market opportunities, USP's of the cluster, expected turnover of the companies 3. Internationalization strategy and role of government Strategy to gain market entry and/or overcome trade barriers and description of the government role
