Apprenticeships with Capital Training Group

 Duration of 1 year  3 Elements  NVQ  Technical Certificate (BTEC Business Administration)  Functional Skills – Maths, English, ICT (those with GCSE grades A*- C will be exempt evidence is required)

 Earn while you learn  Opportunities to progress onto a higher level qualification  Increase in wages  Sustainable employment  Vocationally related qualifications

 Wages start at £2.65 per hour  Minimum of 30 hours per week  Receiving benefits, you may be entitled to a Job Grant worth £100 or £250 as a one off payment when you stop claiming benefits (non-taxable)  Receiving benefits, you may be entitled to a 50% discount on travel  Living in London aged 16 – 24 you may be eligible for the Mayor of London’s Apprentice Travel Card with 30% discount on travel in London (available in May for yrs)

 You will be issued with a contract of employment  Minimum of 20 days holiday entitlement per annum  Policies in place to Safeguard Apprentices  Policies in place to ensure all Apprentices understand Health & Safety  Policies in place to ensure all Apprentices are treated equally and fairly under the Equality Act 2010  Complaints procedure in place if you feel you need to make a complaint

 Timekeeping – Always be on time  Professionalism – Always behave professionally  Confidentiality – Always treat information confidentially  Dress – Always dress appropriately for work in an office environment
