Receiving moment s All participants picked to receive a moment will receive a notice 1 week prior to moments being sent out. If s are not being received, please check with your IT person at the district and have the spam filter settings checked. The district’s IT person needs to be contacted regarding individual settings when s are not able to be opened.
Answering Moments Random moments must be answered within 10 days. You must click on the link in the body of the to correctly answer the moment. You do not need to hit reply. Do NOT declare specific names in answering moments. Staff does not need to know who is Medicaid eligible. Moment s that are not answered in time will result in the decrease of the district’s claim amount.
