When? How ? NROER was launched for the nation on 13 th August CIET, NCERT in collaboration with the Department of School Education and Literacy has developed NROER.

1. Digitization of the content. 2. Development of e-content in multiple languages along with multiple supportive resources 3.Bridging divides 4.Building Partnerships 5.Widespread dissemination of e-content. 6.Teaching and Learning through MOOCs (massive open online course ) 7.Nurturing networks and interest groups 8.Development of digital resources as per the National policy on open standards.
