PURPOSE To explain the steps for collecting CEU’s for a BCTRA member for webinars Please refer to NCTRC for any questions regarding your ceus

Rationale To make the CEU collection process self-sufficient and independent for each BCTRA member

WEBINAR PROCESS 1. This means each BCTRA member will be responsible for his/her own collection of ceu’s and the letter of verification from BCTRA education director will NO LONGER be ed to members

PROCESS CONTINUED STEPS: 1. Register for the webinar by following the link from the BCTRA website 2. Receive notice of confirmation of registration by . Use this confirmation of registration to link and join the webinar on the specified day and time.

PROCESS CONTINUED 3. Attend the one hour session and fill out the evaluation form and send to our education director at 4. Evaluation form found on the BCTRA website in the member documents section. 5. You will need to sign in to locate the form. ** In order to receive verification of attendance the BCTRA member must attend the whole webinar.

PROCESS CONTINUED 8. This will include the following for your CEU’s Date of presentation Name of presenter Name of session Learning objectives Time ( minimum of 1 hour for CEUS) NCTRC job task code

CEU recordings If a member is not able to attend at the time of the presentation but would like to listen to the recording then 1. member is still able to achieve ceus up to 60 days after the original live date of the webinar 2. will be required to the Education Director for a verification letter as the will not be sent out 3. Will need to listen to the whole recording to be recognized on the list of members whom have attended the webinar
