Love My Credit Union Rewards App Home Page This is the home page for the Love My Credit Union Rewards app. To start the Sprint Verification process, touch the Sprint Logo.

Verify Credit Union Membership Press the Verify Credit Union Membership button for individual accounts or Verify Credit Union Business Memberships for business accounts.

Step 1: CU Member Information Type in your first and last name Scroll to find your state Press Choose Type in daytime phone number, and wireless number You’ll need to press the return arrow on your Android for each field.

Step 1: CU Member Information Either unselect the box or keep it selected to receive s about Love My Credit Union Rewards offers and promotions. When done press Continue.

Step 1: CU Member Information Verify the information you entered is correct. Then choose: I am validating Credit Union membership for my current discount Press Continue next to your selection.

Step 2: Select Credit Union Type in your credit union’s name. Touch the return arrow on your Android phone and then press Search on the screen.

Step 2: Select Credit Union If your credit union’s name doesn’t appear, or it was misspelled, a second search box appears. Type your credit union’s name into the “cannot find your credit union” box and press Continue.

Step 2: Select Credit Union Or, going back to the search screen, you can also just type in the first few letters of your credit union’s name and press Search to find it.

Step 2: Select Credit Union Touch the box next to the name of your credit union if it appears. If not, press Back and re-enter your credit union’s name. Once done press Continue.

Step 3: Proof of Membership This is where you provide proof of your credit union membership. You may use a: Blank Check Credit or Debit Card Statement Membership Card Press your choice. (You’ll be able to blur out account numbers.)

Step 3: Proof of Membership You’ll need to take a photo of your proof. Once the proof is in the camera frame, press Capture.

Step 3: Proof of Membership If you need to retake the photo press Recapture. If you’re happy with your image, run your finger over any account numbers to blur them out. Press Clear Blur if you need to redo it. Once you’re done press Continue.

Step 4: Confirm Capture Make sure you’re happy with the image and blurred account information. If you aren’t press Edit to redo blur or Recapture to take a new photo. Press Continue when done.

Thank You If everything is done correctly, you get a “Thank You. Your verification form has been sent” message. It will take up to 5 days to get a confirmation to the you entered.
