Glass fiber is an excellent inorganic non-metallic materials. English formerly known as: glass fiber, or fiberglass. Composition of silica, alumina, calcium oxide, boron oxide, magnesium oxide, sodium oxide. It is a glass ball or glass waste as raw materials at high temperature melting, drawing, winding, weaving and other craft. Finally the formation of various products, glass fiber monofilament diameter from a few microns to 20 microns a few meters, equivalent to a hair silk 1/20-1/5, each fiber filament bundle has hundreds of root composed of a single wire or even thousands of roots, usually as a complex material of the reinforced material, electrical insulation materials and thermal insulating materials, circuit board and so on, are widely used in national economic spheres.

1 Glass fiber characteristics: Most people's idea of the glass hard for the quality of the fragile objects, are not suitable for structural timber, but as it pumped into a wire, after, its strength has increased considerably and has flexibility, so with the resin to give the shape of the future can finally make a good structural timber.
