Managing Breaches of Rules School AssessmentExternal Assessment  School investigates and determines penalty (when BoR is identified by the school)  School documents processes and decisions and retains records  Results submitted in School Online reflect penalty  School submits VMM (if student is in moderation sample)  SACE Board investigates  School recommends penalty and submits BoR form to SACE Board (along with any evidence)  Results submitted in School Online DO NOT include penalty (i.e. student work marked at face value)  School ticks BoR box in online results sheet
