Preventive Maintenance Program Why should you implement a Preventive Maintenance Program?

Preventive Maintenance Benefits Decrease Downtime - problems are found before they cause breakdowns Save Money - Problems are discovered in their early stages, while they are still minor repairs Extend Machine Life - Regular maintenance increases the life of the machine.

Preventive Maintenance Benefits Increase Equipment Value -Detailed maintenance and repair records kept on the machine increases the value. Keep Equipment Safe- Good Maintenance= Safer Machine

General Prevention Read the Owner’s Manual and follow recommendations. Perform Daily Maintenance before operating the tractor. Check the tractor for damage and potential failures before operation.

General Prevention Allow the engine to warm up to operating temperature before use. Watch the instrument panel for indications of trouble. Follow service recommendations and keep the tractor properly serviced.

General Prevention Never overload the tractor and operate the tractor only as it was designed to be used. Do not snap or pop the clutch. Do not spin the tractor tires.

General Prevention Never operate the tractor on hard surfaces with the differential locked. Prepare the tractor properly for prolonged storage.
