Background The basic objective of Intensive Training Programme (ITP) is to undertake saturation training of the frontline personnel manning the public service delivery chain in identified sectors & in specific geographical area.

LOA The Academy signed LOA with DoPT on for the programme to be implemented in U.P. Academy identified district Jhansi of UP for the project & undertook five sectors i.e. Education, Health, Social Work, Revenue & Rural Development. Under CBPR project Rural Development sector was already been taken up i.e. why Academy decided to take up P.D.S. The Academy signed LOA with DoPT on for the programme to be implemented in U.P. Academy identified district Jhansi of UP for the project & undertook five sectors i.e. Education, Health, Social Work, Revenue & Rural Development. TNA Academy conducted a Training Need Analysis (TNA) exercise for all the sectors. The outcome of TNA contains training & non-training implications in different categories of each sector.
