2 / 40 ToolBox Presentation rev02 INTRODUCTION As you know, we announced the TOOLBOX library last month. By the latest publications, Toolbox is now ready to be replaced by current technical library. By the first week of the November, ToolBox will be the ONLY source for Technical documentation. It is accesable by Internet Explorer. To view the diagrams, special plug-ins are required. 3 / 40 ToolBox Presentation rev02 Documents in ToolBox In Toolbox, below documents will be in HTML format. These documents will be linked to each other. User can easily navigate between documents. IPC AMM (including Part I,SDS) FIM SRM SSM SWPM WDM PPB, EGH and company manuals will be in PDF format. All above docs will be available on Toolbox (1)Remote,(2)Online and (3)Mobile versions. Note that; (CMM,NDT,ITEL,DTR) will be available only on Toolbox ONLINE.

It is loaded to our AYT base server. –For AYT base –For other stations: Crucial Maint. Manuals (AMM, IPC, SRM, WDM etc.) will be accessible via Remote Server. Access to company manuals (MEL, DDG etc) The Manuals; (CMM,NDT,ITEL,DTR) etc will be reached over myboeingfleet (Toolbox Online)

Back to myboeingfleet home page 2. «Main» Goes to general settings 3. «Library» contains maintenance documents 4. «Document Viewer» platform to display selected document 5. «Document Manager» involves additional information about document revisions *Other Modules are not active for Corendon Airlines

User can decide which page to be shown as Starting Page, Time Zone, Airplane identifier, which Folder should be open as default library etc. Changes the display at page 16 item (3) Information about the revision date Settings

15 / 40 ToolBox Presentation rev02 LIBRARY Tab Under Library Tab, There are 3 ways to access a document Explore Library: You can select the folder and access the documents, when you choose the Category you can see the documents under this folder. Then you can choose the document, The new document will be open uner Document Viewer Tab. But this is not the BEST way to access a document, CHANGE AIRPLANE function enables user to filter the documents due to Tail Number. This is the KEY function of ToolBox. So please use CHANGE AIRPLANE function before accesing a document.

16 / 40 ToolBox Presentation rev02 Change Airplane As mentioned on previous page, Change Airplane is the Key function of ToolBox. 1.Select Model and GO will show all tail numbers under this Model 2.Click on Selected tail number 3.Selection will be seen on the right corner (This is changed due to setting on page 12 of this presentation) 4.Now you can go to Explore library

Choose Category to documents 2.Text Search or Reference Searches may help you to find an item in selected documents. If you dont see the figures please contact to the Toolbox admins. 2.Due to the effectivity, there maybe shaded areas on the body also. 3.By links on the task, you can navigate to other documents related items automatically. 1 2

HISTORY brings all previous tasks 4. BACK helps to back previous tasks if you open a new task/document via the links in the document

22 / 40 ToolBox Presentation rev02 Search Library 1.Similar to the FIND IT button which enables you to make search in selected document, user can make ultimate search in multiple documents via SEARCH LIBRARY option 2. FIND DOCUMENTS help us to find specific document in the ToolBox. 1 2

Please note that CMM,NDT,ITEM etc is only accesible from here. 1.To access PDF based documents, firstly be sure no A/C is selected.(Back to Change Aircraft tab and deselect the A/C) 2.Then choose Maintenance&Repair Documents 3.Select Document Type/Title and GO 4.Now you can access selected PDF documents
