TYPES OF BULLYING AND EXAMPLES PHYSICAL -Hitting, slapping -Kicking -Choking -Shoving -Stealing -Grabbing VERBAL -Teasing -Name calling -Laughing to embarrass -Cursing SOCIAL/EMOTI ONAL -Rumors, gossip, threatening -Excluding -Hot/cold friendships -Embarrassing CYBERBULLYING - Negative things to threaten, embarrass, harass, or be intimidate using technology -Instagram, KIK, Vine, FB, texts, SnapChat

NOW WHAT? IS IT BULLYING OR CONFLICT? Investigation. Talk it out. Mediations. Notify teachers. Social skills. Ways to respond to mean acts (verbal or other). TALK WITH STUDENTS INVOLVED. Talk with people involved separately. Talk with people involved together, if ok. Make changes. Talk to parents. Second chances sometimes.
