Two Optios for Gold Investment  Long term investment  Short term or Cash for Gold

Gold as long term investment  Investment for more than THREE years  As said by financial experts Mike Maloney & Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad Poor Dad)….Gold should reach $15,000/oz!  Click this to watch on youtube Click this to watch on youtube  As paper money suffered hyper inflation.  Price of gold now is approx USD 1,400 to 1500 /oz. Click below for next slide Next slide

Gold as long term investment 2  Paper money control by Zionist in almost any currencies in the world included Ringgit Malaysia and Bank Negara  Mike Maloney- “No Man Made System Will Ever last” Mike Maloney- “No Man Made System Will Ever last”  Kiyosaki “Gold and Silver is God’s money not paper!!” Kiyosaki “Gold and Silver is God’s money not paper!!”  Please click the above link to watch or below for next slide Next slide

Gold as long term investment 3  God’s creation will last while Man made system will crash  Zionist system will make all countries bankrupt!! Zionist system will make all countries bankrupt!!  Pls click above to watch  Click below fr next slide Gold dinar Caliph Abd al- Malik ibn Marwan (646AD – 705AD) was the fifth caliph of the Umayyads Next slide

Sample fr Long Term Investment Hamza has a vast amount of money for investment from his business He started to invest with 1kg gold bar at RM 80 per gram in mid He spent RM 80,000 End of 2010 he need some cash for his new project. Hamza sold all his gold at RM 160 per gram. He profited almost double! RM 80,000 Next slide

Gold for shorter investment  For people with limited budget or for people who need cash to cover all expenses  You could benefit with your investment through Ar Rahnu  Earning cash in short term within 3 years  You need just 35% of the total value of Gold

Benefit of Short Gold Investment  Cash generation by this Passive income is more cash than ASB, ASN or Public Mutual  Secure, own and control by you since you could overlap and take profit anytime you like  If you have money you could turn in into Long term investment by paying that Gold price before it goes up i.e at the start price

How it works?  We start the package from 50 gram pure Gold and then 100 gram or multiple of 100 gram  Since Bank Rakyat now couldn’t accept Gold bar then we have to produce chain of pure Gold from 50 gram, 100 gram etc.  Once you agreed to purchase gold then ask our consultants to quote for you for that day.  Bring 35% money of total gold and we bring gold for you at Bank Rakyat counter for transaction

Sample for Short Term Investment – Cash for Gold Faruk need some extra cash while he need. Instead investing in mutual fund he decided to invest in gold He started to invest with 300g gold bar at RM 80 per gram in June He used Bank Rakyat Ar Rahnu system and need only 35% X 300g X RM80 = RM 8,400 Dec of 2010 he need some cash for his new car. He overlap at current price at RM 160 per gram. (Price different X amount of gold) - safe keeping charge = (RM 80 X 300) – (18months X 0.75 X 300g X80 /100)= 24,000 – 3,240 = RM 20,760. Then he profited at RM 20, 760 while still holding the gold till 3 rd year Next slide

Calculation for Cash for Gold  In June 2009, current gold price is RM80/g  Total value fr 300g  300 X RM80 = RM24,000  He just need to pay 35% which means 35% X 24,000 = RM 8,400  Dec 2010, current gold price is RM 160  Could overlap while holding the gold till 3 rd year maximum Next slide

Calculation for Cash for Gold- cont  So his profit is RM160-RM80 = RM 80/g  For 300g he earned RM80X300= RM24,000  He hold gold fr 18 months at Ar Rahnu  Safekeeping charge are RM0.65 for gold value below RM 10,000 and RM0.75 for gold value above RM10,000 per RM100 gold value  So for 300g  300X80X0.75/100 = RM 180 per month  For 18 months  180 X 18 = RM 3,240 Next slide

Calculation for Cash for Gold- cont  So when he overlapped at that price, he profited RM 24,000 – RM 3,240 = RM 20,760  He can have extra cash of 5% if he want since Bank Rakyat financing is up to 70%  Until the end of 3 rd year after more overlap if he doesn’t want the gold. Bank Rakyat could return the 30% of the money of the current price. He then can let the gold go to Bank Rakyat Next slide

Thank you  Please do not hesitate to contact our consultants if you feel doubt or need extra explanation.  Good luck from Zlato Conquest!!
