4 Competent Communicator (CC) Competent Communications manual contains 10 projects. This manual helps to develop the basic skills needed to prepare and present an effective speech. Competent Communicator (CC) Complete all 10 projects in the manual, you are eligible for the Competent Communicator (CC) award. You’ll receive a certificate of achievement and 2 Advanced Communications manuals of your choice. Every member of our club should strive to earn the CC award.

8 Advanced Communicator Silver(ACS) To be eligible for this award you must have: Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB) ̶ Achieved your Advanced Communicator Bronze (ACB) award ̶ Completed 2 additional Advanced Communications manuals of your choice. ̶ Conducted any 2 programs from the Better Speakers Series and/or The Successful Club Series.

9 Advanced Communicator Gold(ACG) To be eligible for this award you must have: Advanced Communicator Silver (ACS) ̶ Achieved your Advanced Communicator Silver (ACS) award ̶ Completed 2 additional Advanced Communications manuals of your choice. ̶ Conducted a Success/Leadership Program, Success/Communication Program (or a Youth Leadership Program ( ̶ Coached a new member with the first three speech projects.
