The Master Program Institute is a comprehensive eight day training institute designed to build the capacity of those responsible for the development and implementation of the master program

Curricular Focus The training institute includes instruction in: Aligning the Master Program with the School’s Shared Direction Multiple Pathways Managing the Counseling Staff Staffing Enrollment Forecasting Norming Student Data Analysis Middle School Master Schedule Building Senior High Master Schedule Building

Supporting Personalized Learning Environments Special attention is given to addressing the structural challenges of implementing and supporting personalized learning environments at the middle and senior high school level including Small Learning Communities (SLCs), Academies, and Small Schools.
