Spheres By: Hallie Mosher

 Is the solid, rocky crust covering the entire planet.  Without the lithosphere the earth would not change.  It was discovered by seismology.  Sometimes referred to a mechanical boundary layer.  Compromises a significant part of the upper mantle.  Lithosphere’s thickness generally increases age

 Is the liquid water component of the Earth.  Includes the streams, rivers, lakes, seas, oceans, and ponds.  Covers about 70% of the surface of the Earth.  The Hydrosphere, is like the atmosphere, it is constantly in motion  The Hydrosphere will make the water move in the water cycle  Motions are in the form of currents that move.

 Is a thin layer of gasses around the earth.  It can act in many different ways and we all need it to survive.  There are layers in the atmosphere that interact, heat up, and also interacts with earth’s crust.  It can be known as a cool breeze.  Sometimes when it is really hot and humid that seems to push on you from all sides.  It is a moving source for every creature of the planet.

 Is where all the trees, bugs, and animals live.  Extends the atmosphere where birds and insects can be found.  It reaches into the ground or ocean at hydrothermal vents.  Extends to any place that life can exists on Earth.  Is the one place where all the spheres work together.  Small factors act on the biosphere.
