Chamber of Commerce assigns collective trademark, which defines terms and conditions for acquiring trademark rights and appoints Technical Committee and the Project Council. In the visual marking system companies submit requests for acquiring trademark to the Quality Department within the Chamber, which delegates them to the Technical Committee for analysis and resolution, and the final decision is adopted by the Council. Basic criteria for assigning the trademark „Dobro iz Crne Gore“ will be high quality level of products.
