Welcome to the US Youth Soccer Clubhouse! Provides top-quality online content, including best-in-class entertainment Offers sweepstakes and contests highly attractive to children and their parents Promotes the sport to its youngest generation of fans, by giving children a place to go online that keeps soccer “top of mind” Is the online “destination” for youth soccer players US Youth Soccer Clubhouse

Mock Version

Utilizing our online content production experience and unparalleled access to A-List talent, we can offer best-in-class content like: Exclusive interviews with CAA soccer stars (e.g. David Beckham or Cristiano Ronaldo) Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes videos with US Men’s and Women’s teams leading up to the Olympics and World Cups Access to tween sitcoms before they premiere on Disney or Nickelodeon (e.g. What’s Up, Warthogs) Streaming singles from top musical recording artists (e.g. Justin Bieber, Katy Perry) Premium Online Content

The US Youth Soccer Clubhouse will offer unrivaled national sweepstakes and contests, utilizing celebrity access in the fields of sports, music, film and television. Examples – You and your 3 best friends: » Win a soccer lesson from David Beckham » Win backstage passes to a Katy Perry concert » Receive a recording studio tour with Justin Bieber » Visit the set of Disney’s hit show Good Luck, Charlie » Win a Walk-on role on Dolphin’s What’s Up, Warthogs » Have lunch with Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence Sweepstakes

The US Youth Soccer Clubhouse will also offer member benefits to the parents, driven by messaging, including: Coupon Distribution/Sponsor Promotions: Parents of US Youth Soccer participants will have a program created whereby they will receive weekly/monthly coupon offers and product promotions from US Youth Soccer sponsors worth multiple times the cost of registration, thereby providing a tremendous member benefit and greatly enhancing the perceived value of soccer participation. Sweepstakes/Contests: Parents of US Youth Soccer participants will also be offered the opportunity to participate in sweepstakes and contests to win “major prizes” in the worlds of sports and entertainment, and from sponsors (e.g. win an all-expenses paid cruise for a family of four) US Youth Soccer Clubhouse

Benefits to the Soccer Community: Reduces Churn: Kids go online more and more every year. By “giving soccer a home” online, the sport can now be a part of children’s lives in the virtual world too. Keeping children connected to soccer in all aspects of their lives will make them more likely to stay in the sport longer Increases Registration: Word-of-Mouth buzz among children will be created by the “major prizes” offered from the sweepstakes and contests, as well as the exclusive entertainment content and “sneak peeks.” Not only will US Youth Soccer now have a specific online destination for kids, it will be “cool” Creates Financial Surplus: Added member benefit that creates tremendous value for both children and parents alike US Youth Soccer Clubhouse

Clubs can add Clubhouse membership fee to registration for participants ($10 per year) Clubs or teams can sell gift card memberships to the public to raise money ($20 per year) Two Ways to Implement

Is your club looking to promote soccer in your area? Use sweepstakes and promotions to generate positive “word of mouth” among both children and parents Are you looking for other ways to generate revenue? Each membership contributes to local, state and national organizations Do you want to offer parents additional benefits? Parents get benefits worth multiple times the cost of annual membership Why add this to your registration fee?

How It Will Work $10.00 Per Participant (One Year Membership to Clubhouse) $2.50 Remains with club No fundraising necessary Club-wide access to the Clubhouse For Clubs who add Clubhouse to registration fee:

Great way to raise money for club improvements, scholarships, travel to tournaments, etc. Great way to raise money to purchase equipment, uniforms, etc. A product that is “natural” to the child’s participation in soccer Why offer the Gift Card program?

$20.00 Per Gift Card (One Year Membership to Clubhouse) $10.00 stays with the Team selling the cards How It Will Work For clubs/teams who sell gift cards to the public:

A team of 15 players spends $1,500 or more to travel to a tournament. If each of those players sells 10 gift cards, it would raise $1,500 for the team...taking away the costs for this trip! Much easier than selling 1,500 brownies at $1 each... or washing 150 cars at $10 each! Practical Example

Fundraising Made Easier Financially better: – Higher profit margin per item sold The Cost Per Good Sold is low allowing more money to stay local. If the Club charges for Fall and Spring, the second season fee stays completely with the club. – Easier to achieve higher total dollars A Clubhouse with 500 members will make $6,250/year for the local organization (assuming the club charges a registration for Fall and Spring seasons). At $1.00 per brownie, a bake sale would have to sell 6,250 brownies to achieve the same result (ignoring hard costs associated with a bake sale) At $10 per car washed, a group would have to wash 625 cars to achieve the same result (ignoring hard costs associated with a car wash)

Versus Other Fundraisers Logistically better – No lost or damaged goods – No delivery costs – No “booth days” – No weekends spent washing cars – No parents baking 300 brownies the night before a bake sale – A “green” and “clean” product – The product (Clubhouse) provides additional benefits after being sold (i.e. more engagement for soccer, sweepstakes, coupons for parents, etc.) and more …
