GLENWOOD FACTS  All of Plain Local’s 5 th and 6 th Graders  Approximately 900 students  47 teachers, plus support staff  5 Community Teams  3 Teachers  Math, Language Arts, & Science/Social Studies  Core Classes meet every day for 2 periods (80 minutes total)  We run an “A Day” / “B Day” schedule for the Arts  Specials/Arts meet every other day for period (40 minutes total)

GIFTED & ENRICHED CLASSES  Green 1 Team  Students who have been identified by district testing (Terra Nova) according to Ohio requirements  Gifted Superior Cognitive (IQ)  Gifted Reading  Gifted Math  Higher Expectations of Responsibilities & Rigor  Elementary Blended Classes does NOT mean a student is identified gifted and would be automatically placed in this community.  Gold 1 - Mr. Wendell’s Enriched Math Homeroom  Students who are identified by district testing (Terra Nova) or demonstrated high aptitude in math.
