Dietary fiber — found mainly in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes — is probably best known for its ability to prevent or relieve constipation.

Unlike other food components, such as fats, proteins or carbohydrates — which your body breaks down and absorbs — fiber isn't digested by your body. Instead, it passes relatively intact through your stomach, small intestine, colon and out of your body.

Fiber is commonly classified as: Soluble (it dissolves in water) or Insoluble (it doesn't dissolve):

Soluble fiber. This type of fiber dissolves in water to form a gel-like material. It can help lower blood cholesterol and glucose levels. Soluble fiber is found in oats, peas, beans, apples, citrus fruits, carrots, barley and psyllium.

Insoluble fiber. This type of fiber promotes the movement of material through your digestive system and increases stool bulk, so it can be of benefit to those who struggle with constipation or irregular stools. Whole-wheat flour, wheat bran, nuts, beans and vegetables, such as cauliflower, green beans and potatoes, are good sources of insoluble fiber.

Benefits of Colon Clens

1. Normalizes bowel movements. Colon Clens increases the weight and size of your stool and softens it. A bulky stool is easier to pass, decreasing your chance of constipation. If you have loose, watery stools, fiber may also help to solidify the stool because it absorbs water and adds bulk to stool.

2.Helps maintain bowel health. Colon Clens help to lower your risk of developing hemorrhoids and small pouches in your colon (diverticular disease). Some fiber is fermented in the colon. Researchers are looking at how this may play a role in preventing diseases of the colon.

3.Lowers cholesterol levels. Soluble fiber found in Colon Clens (oats and oat bran may help lower total blood cholesterol levels by lowering low-density lipoprotein, or "bad," cholesterol levels. Studies also have shown that fiber may have other heart-health benefits, such as reducing blood pressure and inflammation.

4.Helps control blood sugar levels. In people with diabetes, Colon Clens containing soluble fiber can slow the absorption of sugar and help improve blood sugar levels. Colon Clens contains insoluble fiber which may help to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

5. Aids in achieving healthy weight. Colon Clens gives you’re a longer body time to register making you feel full, so you're less likely to overeat. Colon Clens tends to make your meal feel larger and linger longer, so you stay full for a greater amount of time. Colon Clens has less "energy dense," which means they have fewer calories for the same volume of food.

6.Prevention of colorectal cancers. Colon Clens contain inulin and fructo- oligosacharides which are prebiotics. This mean it provide food for the good bacteria (probiotics). When probiotics population proliferates, it produces short chain fatty acid (SCFA) such as butyric acid, pyruvic acid and lactic acids. Scientific research has shown that the presence of these acids suppress colorectal cancers.

COLON CLENS AND HEALTH Improvement in gastrointestinal health (Diverticular disease, haemarrhoids and irritable bowel syndrome Increased satiety and hence some degree of weight management Reduction in the risk of developing colorectal cancers Helps prevent constipation Improvement in glucose tolerance and insulin response (diabetic) Reduction of hiperlipidaemia, hypertension and other heart disease risk factors.

Colon Clens need sufficient water to benefit your body

Short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) produced by bacteria combats colorectal cancer.

Probiotics Control of irritable bowel syndrome Control inflamamtory bowel diseases Alleviate food allergy symptoms in infants Strengthen innate immunity Lower serum cholesterol Improve lactose tolerance Suppression of endogenous pathogens eg. antibiotic associated diarrhorea Suppression of exogenous pathogens eg. travellers diarhorea Reduction in risk factors for colon cancers Colonisation resistance Supply of SCFA and vitamins (eg. Folate) to the colonic epithelium Balanced immune response Bile salt deconjugation And secretion Lactose hydrolysis Benefits from prebiotic or probiotic consumption

A large portion of our body immune system cells such as B cells and T cells are created in the colon

NUTRIENT ABSORPTION IS GREATLY INFLUENCED BY COLON’S HEALTH

BEFORE USING COLON CLENS AFTER USING COLON CLENS

WHAT ARE THE ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS FOUND IN COLON CLENS ?

NoIngredientsFunction 1Oat fiberOats help reduce cholesterol and blood sugar levels and control appetite by causing a feeling of fullness. Oat bran might work by blocking the absorption from the gut of substances that contribute to heart disease, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Oatmeal helps more than just your colon. Unlike insoluble fiber, which is unchanged after its journey through your digestive tract, oatmeal absorbs water and becomes a jelly-like substance because it is soluble. All soluble fibers affect your absorption of fats and sugars, helping control your glucose and blood cholesterol levels.

NoIngredientsFunction 2Psylium huskPsylium husk is soluble and is useful in lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) which reduces the risk of heart disease and promotes overall health. Psylium husk is a bulking fiber and when ingested it expands and forms a gelatin-like mass in the colon by drawing water in. When this occur the husks are able to "scrub" the intestines clean and transport waste through the intestinal tract. 3Wheat grassWheat grass strengthens the immune system, kills harmful bacteria in the digestive system, and rids the body of toxins and waste matter. Clinical study has shown that wheatgrass help to control symptoms of chronic inflammation of the large intestine, a condition called ulcerative colitis.

NoIngredientsFunction 4OligosaccharidesOligosaccharides act as a prebiotic i.e. a food components that support the growth of certain kinds of bacteria in the colon (large intestine). The bacteria that feed on fermentable carbohydrate such as oligosaccharides produce many beneficial substances, including short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) and certain B-vitamins. Additionally, there is some evidence that they may promote further absorption of some minerals that have escaped the small intestine, including calcium and magnesium.calcium The SCFAs probably provide many benefits, both locally in the colon particularly butyrate that protect colon tissues from damage, including colon cancer and ulcerative colitis.colon cancerulcerative colitis Other possible benefits include: lower cholesterol lower triglycerides improved insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism improved immune system function

NoIngredientsFunction 5Senna extractSenna extract is used to relieve constipation. Senna act as a stimulant laxative because it works by stimulating muscle contractions in the bowels. The substances in senna that cause bowel contractions are known as sennosides. Senna also causes the bowel to secrete fluid that softens stool, which contributes to its laxative effect. 6.InulinInulin is not digestable or hydrolysed by acid however it is fermented by lot of useful microorganism in the colon. Inulin help in gastrointestinal function regulation. It help to proliferate bifidobacteria in the human body which can suppress the growth of intestinal salmonella and spoilage bacteria, promotes intestinal peristalsis, prevention and treatment of constipation.

INULIN Stimulate Bifidobacteria growth Reduce faecal pH Decrease ammonia excretion. Reduce toxic metabolites Suppression of pathogens Production of vitamins Stimulate mineral absorption Production of short chain fatty acids
