Fraud and Corruption (Section 1, ITC 1.9): MCC requires that all beneficiaries of MCC Funding, including the MCA Entity and any bidders, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and consultants under any MCC-funded contracts observe the highest standards of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. Material deficiencies in providing the information requested in the RFP may result in rejection of a Proposal. Association with another consultants (ITC3.3 a ) : Consultants may enhance their expertise for the assignment, in associating with another Consultant in a joint venture or Sub- consultancy.
