5 Substantial Interview Questions 1. Describe a time when you were faced with an opportunity to provide quality results such as reaching a sales quota or a challenging situation in a company. 2. Describe a situation where you have had to deal with a subordinate who was not performing to their standards. 3. Tell us about a time where you had a very strict and somewhat unrealistic deadline. Did you complete the task to the best of your ability and if not what did you do? 4. Let’s say that you have an employee that did not complete a task by a certain deadline. What would you do if a challenge or task was not completed? 5. How would you promote the university to prospective students? Describe your business tactic on increasing enrollment.

Final Steps: After each interview, evaluate prospective employees right away Once selected identify an onboarding process for the employee ◦ Work with the appropriate Human Resource person to assist in the benefits and compensation plans ◦ Provide hands on training Director of Admissions ◦ Job Shadow
