Outline of Problems Proposed and Suggested Solutions Times scale for completion and cost analysis Projected results

Out dated computer and filing system Office equipment falling part Personal Shortage Limited Financial Budget Everyday Business to customer relations strained

Trouble shoot where the areas of trouble are and go over the ideas that the requester has suggested. If proposed ideas are acceptable proceed, if ideas fall beyond estimated budget makes suggestions that will keep within an acceptable margin. Also see if some ideas can be combined to eliminate additional work.

The estimated time it would take to complete the restructuring to the specifications of the requester without the least number of delays as possible. The estimated expense report for what it would take to complete the job

How these changes will effect the business and suggestions on how to maintain as well as potential changes that might need to be made in the future
